I have just started adding to this page so be patient, it will get better.  Wow, Olivia has 6 kids! Camanna PM Olivia Blue had rare sextuplets on March 10th at her new home with Mary Vinsonhaler and family in Hockinson, WA. I sold Olivia as a bred doe three months ago and Mary was told to expect a lot of kids. Even I didn't expect this many! This is the first litter of six to be born with the Camanna herd name. We have had five sets of quintuplets, all of which lived. *********************************  GCH/MCH Domingo Dakota Wind turned 14-years-old Feb. 19, 2010! Wow, that is almost 100 in "goat years" and she is still an awesome milking doe! ********************************* NEGATIVE CAE TESTS ON WHOLE HERD Feb. 9th, the OSU senior veterinarian class visited our farm to see how we manage our miniature dairy goat farm and to "work" on any animals they could get their hands on. For the fourth year, they drew blood samples for CAE testing. The whole herd was tested and 100% are negative. *******************************  2009 National ADGA Show Nigerian Raffle Doe Kid "Camanna DL Destiny is Yours" Destiny was the first Nigerian to be in the ADGA national show raffle and caused quite a stir. Her new home is with a junior ADGA member living in Red Bluff, CA. ******************************* 2009 Oregon State Fair Show Update! Camanna PL Shiraz won Grand Champion Nigerian Doe and CH Camanna CS Moonlight Sonata was Best of Breed and Supreme Best Udder. Camanna CS Sweet Harmony won Reserve Grand Champion Nigerian Doe. In addition, we had the first place produce of dam, first place dam and daughter, first place breeder's trio, first place junior get of sire, and first place dairy herd. To top it off, we received the banner for Premier Exhibitor, Premier Breeder, and won Herdsmanship for the third year in a row. Wow, we have been blessed! Thank you Lord for all you have done!
