Wave Runner is primarily white with some of his buckskin pattern showing on his legs and in patches on his body. My favorite two things about Wave Runner are that he is polled and he is a very dairy buck. Wave Runner has correct conformation with plenty of width, length, and depth of body and very nice feet and legs. I have admired Wave Runner’s dam and sire for almost two years and I am excited to bring their genetics home in this buck. Wave Runner sired some beautiful polled doe kids and they are in homes throughout the US.  I finally saved some of Wave Runner's daughters for my own herd.  Please enjoy seeing Twilight Star, Moonlight Serenity, Malyasia, Liberty Belle, and Autumn Mist.

Proctor Hill TO GoDaddy - 2011

I have a wonderful opportunity to bring some of the best of Sugar Creek bloodlines into my herd with this flashy black and white buckling.  This young fellow is out of a lovely doe who has a beautiful mammary system with lots of milk.  "Show Tunes" has one of the most impressive mammary systems I have ever seen on a Nigerian and this young buckling is line bred on her.  Daddy is long, level, very dairy, and has a very nice front end assembly.  Thank you Tembi for allowing me to lease your special new fellow!

Rosasharn SH Zahtar - 2011

Born:  May 2011     Registered:  ADGA

Zahtar's dam is an awesome milk producer with an official test of over 8 pounds!  Zahtar himself is uphill, very dairy, and has a nice spring of ribs and strong front end assembly.  Zahtar is level and has a long rump but could be more level from thurl to thurl.  He is on the taller end for his age so you will notice I won't use him for breeding too much this year until we see what he produces.

As you can see on his pedigree, he is linebred on the amazing ARMCH Rosasharn's Buckwheat Honey.  Zahtar is a 3/4 brother to the spotlight sale buckling named Rosasharn SH Epic and looks very much like him.  www.adgaconvention.com/lot6.html  Thank you Tembi for letting your new little fellow come here for a visit.  Zahtar seems to have figured out what it means to be a herdsire so we are excited to see what he sires next spring.

UPDATE:  At the ADGA 2011 Spotlight Sale, Epic, Zahtar's 3/4 brother, recently sold for an incredible price of $8700!

Crescendo - Nigerian buck kid

Born: 3/13/05      Registered: ADGA, AGS

First off, let me say that this is not the picture I hoped for to show off this awesome little buck. Crescendo was a bottle baby and didn't think he needs to hold still, even for his web site picture. When he was clipped in the summer, he was truly gorgeous to look at.  Crescendo is long, level, angular, dairy, and has a beautiful long neck and pretty face. If that isn't enough, check out this little fellows pedigree! There are nice udders, lots of milk, and champion show goats throughout his bloodlines. Crescendo was shown along with his pen buddy, Jericho, and placed right behind Jericho in the line-up every time.  Ideally, I would like to see Crescendo have greater spring to his ribs but that may develop with time. This handsome buck produces very stylish and beautiful kids.  I have retained two of Crescendo's 2006 daughters Sweet Harmony and Acapella and two of his 2007 daughters in my herd, Chocolate ChaCha and Moonlight Sonata.  At the Oregon State Fair in 2010, Crescendo's daughters swept up all the major awards including, Best of Breed, Supreme Best Udder, Grand Champion, and Reserve Grand Champion, Senior Get-of-Sire, Breeders's Trio, and more!

Sugar Pine FD Grizzly Bear - 2010

Born:  2008     Registered:  ADGA

Please excuse the picture, Grizzly is a wild boy and wouldn't stand still, let alone let me touch him to pose him.  What impressed me most about this young buck when I did a "hands on" evaluation of him, is his extreme dairy character.  Even with him standing like he is in the picture, you can see he is very long bodied and he is very level when standing normally.  Grizzly also has a very good set of feet and legs.  His dam is a full sister to my doe "Moonlight Molly" and has a nicer mammary system than my Molly (who has done very well in the show ring.)  Thank you Tembi for allowing me to borrow this handsome fellow to breed some does this year.  I am very excited to see what he produces.  I already have two finished champion does with some of the same bloodlines as Grizzly.  Update:  Grizzly's kids are long bodied, level, and very dairy but have smaller teats then I expected.  He has put very nice long rumps on his daughters.  Overall, I am quite impressed with his offsping.  Tembi, his owner, asked me to sell him for her.  He is still living here and I have his signed ADGA registration certificate in hand.

Born: 2/8/08      Registered: ADGA, AGS      polled

Prince is VERY LONG bodied and is dairy to the point of being almost extreme. He has very nice rear leg angulation and nice straight front legs. I also admire his sharp withers and nice front end assembly. Ideally, I would like to see him a little more level over the rump and wider throughout. He could also benefit from tigher toes. All in all, this chamoisee boy is very correct and has potential to sire some amazing kids. I just need to give him a chance. Look at his pedigree - pretty impressive.

Rascal didn't want to cooperate for a posed picture but hopefully you can see some of his qualities. He stands very square and has very upright pasterns. Although it isn't obvious with his long hair, Rascal has nice rear leg angulation. In addition, I am amazed at his high and wide eschutcheon. Just looking at him, you can appreciate Rascal's correct conformation and very nice general appearance. He has a nice front end with sharp withers and tight shoulders, and has very good dairy character to top it off. This nice fellow is a flashy broken buckskin with bright blue eyes and has a great personality to boot. His littermate sister, Tasonni, is one of my favorite does and is a finished champion with ADGA.

Illusion is a buck that is a "complete package". He is very long, level, wide, dairy, and is small in stature. Check out this buck's pedigree! To top it off, this fellow is the sweetest, most polite buck I have ever dealt with. Illusion has proved himself as a sire by producing many beautiful daughters who have correct, dairy conformation and nice udders who place very well when shown. I especially like the nice rear leg sets and great feet and legs that Illusion passes on to his offspring. Forgive all the hair and dirt on this fellow in his photo above but it was the best I could do in this weather. Thank you Tembi Buckingham for allowing me to purchase this handsome buck! I currently own two of his beautiful daughters - Desert Rose and Cabernet.

I just love this young buck's general apperance and balance. He is very nice to look at! In addition, this little fellow has lots of wonderful dairy character which is very important to me. I also admire his nice wide, open escutcheon and his uphill stance. He stands on good feet and legs with plenty of rear leg angulation. Although I like a lot about this buck, he does toe out in the front and his toes could be tighter together. His dam, Piccadilly was a foundation doe for the Kehilan herd and they are very happy with her offspring. Piccadilly (Final Stand and his twin brother were her last kids before she passed away) had plenty of udder capacity and a nicely shaped and well attached udder.  I have retained his gorgeous daughter, Demetria, in our herd. Thank you, April, for selling me this fine young buck. I know he was your favorite!

Zagnut is line-bred on the “Goodwood Tom Thumb” bloodline which has produced many of the nation’s top milking Nigerians. These little milk power houses also win many master championship titles in the show ring on the east coast. Zagnut’s dam has a beautiful udder with long, easy to milk teats and is a fourth generation star milker. Zagnut is small with a nice “uphill” stature. I agree with his breeder in that he could benefit from straighter front legs.  Ideally, Zagnut would possess a wider rump that is more level from thurl to thurl. I have retained two of his 2008 daughters, Say Your Prayers and Naomi.

Dakota's Legacy - 2008

Born: 4/12/08      Registered: ADGA, AGS      polled

Legacy is the nicest kid I have ever seen out of Dakota, my 13+ year-old doe who is unsurpassed in my herd in both milk production and persistancy, even in her old age. When shown last summer, the judges were especially impressed with Legacy's dairy character and nice tight and sharp withers and shoulders. He always placed first or second in his junior buck classes and even won a reserve champion junior buck title. Legacy's first eight kids born in 2009 are very impressive and every one has his nice dairy character, long neck, and elegant stance. I can't wait to see how Legacy's daughter's milk production and udders turn out.

As you can see, "As You Like It" has an impressive pedigree and is blessed with nice, correct, conformation.  This fellow is dairy, level, and wide and passes those qualities on to his kids.  His daughters have udders with excellent teat placement, and good medial division and attachments.  However, my favorite thing about many of his daughters are the long, easy-to-milk teats.  In the show ring, many of his daughters have won AGS junior champion titles and others place well in the milking classes. "As You" has gone to a new home but has been very influencial in my herd.  I have two of his daughters including Cinnamon Swirl and Sweet Sensation and more grand-daughters than I can count.

Tahoma Citation - 2007

Born: May, 2007      Registered: ADGA      polled

When I first saw Citation, at just a week of age, I said WOW!  This fellow was already strutting his stuff and had tons of style and presence.  I knew I wanted to use him to sire some kids so I offered to raise him for my friend until breeding age in trade for allowing him to breed several of my does.  So, Citation has been living here since then and has grown bigger but otherwise still has all that I admired in him as a little fellow.  As an added bonus, I now own his beautiful dam, Molasses (we call her Lassie).  Lassie caught my eye several years ago as a very stylish and correct doe with great shoulders and a very nice udder.  Citation's sire, Spotlight, has produced some very nice daughters, one of which is my doe Moonlight Molly who has done awesome in the show ring.  Citation is long, level, and just a very correct and stylish young buckling.  I look forward to seeing his kids next spring.  Although he is still young, I think he is about ready to meet some of the ladies of Camanna's Petite Paradise!  Please forgive his somewhat awkward pose, he wasn't happy wearing a collar for the first time and having his legs set in place.  Plus, he could use a haircut!

Whiteout has been living here since he was a week of age and I will keep him several more months and breed a few does before sending him to his home at Sugar Pine farm in Roseburg.  Whiteout looks almost like a clone of his half brother, Citation, above except that he is a different color - solid white.  White isn't my favorite goat color but this fellow will be breeding a few does because his breeder and her friend, who is a goat judge, just rave about his dam's awesome udder.  It is said to be capacious, well attached, and just incredibly nice all around.  Whiteout's conformation is very nice being long and level bodied with nice feet and legs.  He also has the same eye-catching style as his best buddy, Citation.  An added bonus is that Whiteout is polled, a trait I appreciate more all the time.  In the photo above, Whiteout's was on his first outing with a collar and he wasn't happy about posing - and yes, he could use a clip job too!

Concerto is still small but he is bigger than depicted in this picture where he is just a week of age.  Concerto is going to a new home soon but he will get a chance to breed a doe or two while he is still here.  This little fellow is very dairy and has nice sharp withers and tight shoulders.  I love his wide and correct rear leg set and angulation.  His quadruplet sister placed second in a class of 24 at the Oregon State Fair this summer and his dam did awesome in her shows and hopefully will be a finished champion next season.  There are many gorgeous udders in Concerto's  pedigree and it is my prayer that Concerto will pass awesome mammary systems on to his daughters.

Jericho-Nigerian buck kid

Born: 3/2/05      Registered: ADGA, AGS      Blue-eyed

I hadn't planned to keep Jericho because I owned his sire, but after Jericho won the title of "Junior Champion Buck" in two out of three ADGA shows, I decided it could be a good thing. Jericho is line bred on the Raha Twink's Pixie bloodline. This little pinto buck is sharp shouldered and has an uphill stance. All three judges commented on his straight legs with proper rear leg angulation. Jericho is level bodied and has a nice spring of rib and plenty of dairy character. If I could perfect him, I would give him even greater width between his hocks and level out his rump from his hips to his pinbones. We retained several of Jericho's beautiful daughters in our herd.

UPDATE: Sadly, we lost Jericho on Christmas eve morning in 2006.  His death was not due to any inherited or contagious condition.

I saved Praise as a buck because he is the son of my favorite milking doe, Dakota.  Not only is Praise’s dam an awesome milk goat, she recently became my first AGS Master Champion and then later an ADGA Champion after very limited showing.  Praise is a flashy red with white and some black coloring and has pretty blue eyes.  He has wonderful shoulders and plenty of dairy character.  Praise is level bodied and has a nice rear leg set and wide escutcheon.  If I could change something about him, I would give him straighter front legs and maybe slightly more length of body.  Praise has moved on to another farm but left us with many beautiful blue-eyed daughters: Shiraz was retained in our herd.
