I received Trumpet in trade from a dairy herd in southern CA and choose Trumpet because his dam is not only a finished champion but also a top milk producer. Trumpet has a most beautiful head and neck and is tall and stylish. He has an excellent front end assemble, good feet and legs, and nice dairy character. Right now he has so much winter fluff that I can't tell too much more about his conformation. Although he looks especially steep in the rump in the above picture, he looks better in real life. Trumpet will get a chance to spread his genetics when paired up with some of my favorite does very soon. Thank you, Jena, for this friendly and handsome young fellow. |

![]() Born: 4/16/10 Registered: ADGA polled blue eyes I am still waiting to see how Scorpian turns out. He is a mix of what I love but at times in his development, I wonder if he might be a bit narrow in the rear and possibly steeper in the rump than I am okay with. I am very picky about hind ends so he is scrutinized quite ruthlessly. Here is what I love about this sleek black buckling. He is VERY DAIRY and is SUPER SHARP over the withers. Also, look at his brisket extension and his uphill stance. Scorpian is also very stylish with a long neck and refined head and to top it off, he is both blue eyed and polled. If that isn't enough, his dam has an impressive mammary system with lots of milk, long teats, and is very easy to hand milk. Will be sold in Nov. - thanks Angela! |

Born: 5/9/10 Registered: ADGA pending blue eyes This gold and white boy is an extremely dairy and angular buckling with nice width between his hocks. He is super sharp over the withers with tight shoulders. Both his dam's and sire's line bring some new bloodlines into my herd that should work well. Avatar's dam has a very good udder attachment, being especially smooth in the fore udder. The mammary systems in Avatar's pedigree are impressive so I expect good things from this handsome fellow. |

![]() Born: 11/26/09 Registered: ADGA moon spots Moondoggie was talkative when I was taking his pictures and he couldn't keep his mouth shut. I purchased Moondoggie for several reasons. First, I was very impressed with his dam's SUPER HIGH rear udder attachment. Moondoggie is very small and I wanted a small buck to use with some of my taller does. Also, I liked his bloodlines and I thought it would be fun to have some moon spots. I know that is trivial . . . Moondoggie is long bodied and stands on good feet and legs. He also has an uphill stance (when he isn't going down an incline) and sharp withers and tight shoulders. Ideally, I would like to see him more level from thurl to thurl (across his rump). Hopefully it won't be passed on to his daughters, but Moondoggie has very small teats. This buckling's dairy character and spring of rib are excellent, so all in all, I am very pleased with this little fellow. |

![]() Born: 3/14/11 Registered: ADGA polled blue eyed Elijah is very dairy and correct in his conformation. I also like his topline and front end assembly. This buckling has great feet and legs and I am hopeful he will pass his large teats on to his daughters. His dam has a well attached mammary system and is easy to milk. I look forward to seeing what Elijah sires. To add a little extra fun, this handsome buckling is polled, blue eyed, and wildly marked. Will be sold in Nov. - thanks Laura! |
